Spectroscopy and Microscopy Instrumentation

MicroTime 200 (PicoQuant) is a fluorescence lifetime imaging microscope (FLIM) equipped with a TCSPC (time-correlated single photon counting) card and two TAU-SPAD-100 avalanche photodiode detectors.

FLS920 spectrofluorometer (Edinburgh Instruments) is equipped with a 450 W Xe lamp as light source, a MCP-PMT (microchannel platephotomultiplier tube) detector (R3809 model) and a TCSPC (time-correlated single photon counting) data acquisition card (TCC900 model).

FS5 spectrofluorometer (Edinburgh Instruments) is equipped with an integrating sphere, a 150 W Xe lamp as light source, and a PMT (photomultiplier tube) detector (R928P model).

Zetasizer Nano ZS (Malvern Instruments) to measure article size, particle charge (zeta potential) and molecular weight analysis.
